Biozentric Community Creation:
Co-creating a Biozentric community is both a group (connection) process and an individual (self-connection and) growth process that develop simultaneously.
– Individual process of connecting with yourself, your truth, who and what you want to be and remain true to, what is important to you in co-living with others
– And group process of forming a Biozentric community.
Ideally, these two processes go together so that the vision, truth, potential / talents and agreements of the group are based on and result from the individual visions, truths, potential, talents that each person brings in and the agreements they (want to) make with themselves: from inside to outside – so that the outside is a truthful reflection of what’s inside.

Basic Principles for Biozentric Communal living:
* Sustainability in all aspects: The community is sustainable, not only towards nature, but also socially/ in the social aspect, and financially. There are alternative creative possibilities, ways to generate incomes for the community.
* Keep coming back to yourself: We see our surroundings as a mirror. Meaning that we keep coming back to ourselves and our own (healing and growth) process; that we try to see triggers and difficult situations or interactions as invitations to turn inwards and explore our inner dynamics and patterns; that there is an intrinsic desire to have everything that happens within the community serve your own process (emotional maturity, growth, etc) and to support each other in this process.
* Collaboration rather than competition: We support each other in developing and sharing our talents. We want to encourage each other and learn, grow from, enjoy and receive each other’s talents. So that we really give this to each other in first instance and receive this from each other. And then, together, bring this out into the wider world.
* Communal decision-making on how to structure the organism as a whole: time-wise, energy-wise, regarding communal work and improving, expanding, designing, using and maintaining the communal areas, regarding sustainability, financial, and social structures.
Our vision of the Boase as a Biozentric community:
What we envision is a sanctuary for (highly) sensitive people and/or people who are and/or want to be (more) connected to their sensitivity and wish to find their power and strength that lies in their sensitivity. So a space in which sensitivity can BE.
A place in nature where we can Be (ourselves), Be Sensitive, and embrace our sensitivity as our power. A place where we are surrounded by sensitive people and those who have a desire and wish to interact with their sensitivity, to explore, embrace, embody and expand their sensitivity. A space where we may feel at home. A safe haven where those of us who feel challenged in finding our place in this fast-paced world, can experience a sense of belonging, quietude and peace.
We envision a structure in which we can find a ‘together’ together in a mature and conscious way. That the basis of all this is intentional, conscious, and mature communication from sensitivity and vulnerability and that possibilities are created and provided to deepen this: conscious connection, contact and communication in various ways.
At the center of this community, we envision a center for sensitivity, where we explore, embrace, embody, learn about and research sensitivity, through our own experiences and interactions and to bring this into our interactions with each other. Where we communicate and connect consciously and intentionally, with sensitivity and from a place of vulnerability.
And we envision this center for sensitivity to be the center, the core, the foundation of a community where we live together in harmony with ourselves, with each other, and with our natural surroundings: the earth, the plants, trees, bugs, animals and other beings around us.
The center for sensitivity is also an example to the outside, and can be a sanctuary also for outsiders, as well as a center for learning and experience and research about sensitivity in co-living and developing sensitivity; using and experiencing the power of sensitivity; and being sensitive in contact.
We envision multiple communal spaces, including a communal kitchen; an oasis for self-connection and quietude; a communal meeting space; a space for conscious connection; a communal garden and food forest; a moon temple (a feminine space for moon retreating as well as sister gatherings); and a sun temple (a masculine space for brother gatherings or male support).
The community as a whole and center in particular is an example to the outside of how we live together, how we interact with each other and with our sensitivity, how we treat, interact and get along with ourselves, how we deal with our processes, and how we connect and communicate with ourselves and each other.
The core of it is a small group of people who can carry their own process, who are in connection with and hold space for their inner children, have enough experience with inner work, self reflection and inner exploration, conscious communication and connection to be able to create, build and carry this, and to carry their own process most of the time… that overall we are strong enough in our inner growth processes and strong enough within ourselves to create this together with the possible moments that we cannot carry ourselves in that moment and we can support each other in our processes. Once this core group and the space which we create and hold together – the foundation- is solid, it can also be a sanctuary for people who have less experience in this or need to be more supported in this.
Current Activities:
The guardians of De Boase are currently curiously and passionately learning about, exploring, investigating and experiencing different forms of communal living as well as the space(s) that sensitivity and HSPs (may) occupy, enjoy and experience within these various forms of communal living – to get an even clearer, well-rounded and seasoned idea, vision and experience of what works and what doesn’t. We aim to share our findings and experiences on open source platforms, so that it may be available for all whom it may serve, while we expand our expertise in this area and strengthen our abilities and foundation to build, co-create and support successful all-round harmonious and sustainable Biozentric communities.
Future activity:
To co-create the biozentric community as envisioned above
to share our knowledge, experience and expertise with others who wish to create intentional, sustainable, conscious and biozentric communities
To support and provide coaching in the creation, transformation, or re-connection/re-focusing processes of intentional communities
